To obtain a verified account:
- Complete the form below. It is a requirement to upload your Agency ID as well as provide your agency email address regardless of the email address used to create your account.
- Upon submission of this form, your Agency ID will be reviewed for accuracy and an email will be sent to your agency email address strictly for verification purposes. YOU MUST REPLY TO THE EMAIL SENT TO YOUR AGENCY EMAIL TO COMPLETE THE VERIFICATION PROCESS.
- Upon successful verification, your account will be approved for Agency purchases.
- You will receive an email with instructions to access your account. You must access your account from the email sent so that you can set your password.
