Do you have a storefront I can visit?
- No we do not have a storefront. We do have a physical location where we occasionally hold demos, perform sizing, host events, etc. but we do not sell on site.
Why can't I purchase on your site?
- Our site, www.aardvarktactical.com, is not a retail site. AARDVARK sells exclusively to sworn law enforcement operators and military personnel through agency procurement. If you are a sworn official, please reach out to us if you would like to place an order. If you are a decision maker for your agency, you can be vetted for purchasing by going through our verification process.

Do you sell any additional products that are not listed on your site?
- Yes! We are constantly updating our site to reflect current product offerings, however, there are products that we do not list directly on the site. In addition, we may be able to procure items on your behalf from vendors not listed on our site. If you are looking for a specific product that you do not see listed (especially from a vendor that does have products on our site) please contact us.

SHIPPING
How long will it take to ship my order?
- We aim to deliver the orders as soon as possible, however, we only keep a limited stock of popular items that we distribute. Lead times vary and depend on the lead time of the manufacturer, as well as the nature of the product (custom made-to-order, ATF approval, etc.). Feel free to contact us for a lead time estimate for your particular items of interest.
Do you offer international shipping?
- We do! However, due to the nature of our products, not all items are eligible to ship to every country. Please contact us to see if we can accommodate your request.
Do you ship to APO/AFO?
- We do! However, due to the nature of our products, not all items are eligible to ship to an APO/AFO. Please contact us to see if we can accommodate your request.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
What is your return policy?
We offer returns and exchanges on some products in new, unused condition and in original packaging. Products may be returned within 15 calendar days after delivery and may be subject to a 25% restocking fee. No return will be accepted unless a Return Authorization is issued prior to the goods being returned. If the error which necessitates the return is a result of an AARDVARK error, no restocking fee will be charged. Defective merchandise is not subject to any restocking fee. All returns must be Freight Prepaid and in new sellable condition. Credit for the value of the returned merchandise (less restocking fees and original shipping charges) will be made to the original payment method. Customized orders are non-returnable. Some items, such as those transferred through ATF, are non-returnable.
TO COMPLETE THE PROCESS FOR A RETURN OR EXCHANGE:
- Request an RMA on our website HERE
- Once an RMA is approved, you will be emailed the RMA # to include with your shipment. If applicable, a shipping label will also be sent. If no shipping label is sent, return freight is the responsibility of the customer.
- Returned products must be received by AARDVARK within 15 calendar days of RMA approval. If received after 15 calendar days, an additional fee may apply.
- Upon receipt and inspection of the product, we will issue a refund for the purchase price minus any restocking fee to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If item is being exchanged, we will ship out the replacement product. The customer is responsible for the price difference if the replacement product is a higher price. You will be issued a refund if the price of the replacement product is lower than original purchase price.
- If an exchange is being made, the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost of the replacement product. This will be charged to the original payment method upon shipment, along with any applicable restock fee. If the exchange is due to a defective or incorrect product, there will be no shipping charges.
