END-STATE FOCUSED INTEGRATION [EFI]
For over three decades, AARDVARK has been helping protect tactical operators by working with the Government to develop and field mission-specific, turnkey systems designed to enhance the effectiveness of the warfighter. It is AARDVARK’s belief that as the Government’s integration and kitting contractor, AARDVARK should ensure the total realization of the Program’s objectives. THE FIVE KEY PHASES OF EFI
PLANNING
Planning defines a successful end state for the project and provides a road map to get there. By actively working with clients, AARDVARK ensures the strategic vision for the Program is fully defined and articulated.
ACQUISITION
Acquisition should yield the right components, for the best price, while ensuring contract compliance. AARDVARK acts as the Program’s procurement arm for the Program’s supply needs, allowing the client to continue the focus on their strategic goals.
INTEGRATION
Integration provides a turnkey system that meets the objectives of the Program and operation needs of the end user. As an integrator, AARDVARK ensures the modules received are completely interoperable, and ready to deploy.
LOGISTICS
Logistics delivers the correct solution, on-time, and efficiently. By actively managing HAZMAT concerns, export regulations, and shipping, AARDVARK provides the fully compliant, global, on-time delivery necessary for the Program.
LIFECYLE MANAGEMENT
AARDVARK’s Lifecycle Management process provides lifetime support for each fielded system, bookending each delivery with client-tailored support functions which maximizes the effectiveness and longevity of the Program and our systems.
