ILB-40 - 40mm Deployment Pack

The PROJECT 7 Integrated Load Bearing 40MM Pack (ILB-40) is a purpose-built load carriage system designed to organize, protect, and provide rapid access to 40MM less-lethal munitions. Three dedicated compartments separate the loadout into 5-, 10-, and 33-round capacities, allowing a single operator to carry up to 48 rounds in one organized pack.

The ILB-40MM is designed to be accessed directly while worn or removed and staged as needed. It can also be placed on another team member, such as a lethal cover officer, to keep the 40MM loadout accessible throughout the operation.

Key features include:

• 10.5” x 5.5” padded upper external pocket with elastic retention for five 40MM less-lethal projectiles
• 10” x 10” padded lower external pocket with elastic retention for ten 40MM less-lethal projectiles
• 10.5” x 16.5” padded internal compartment with elastic retention for 33 40MM less-lethal projectiles
• Webless MOLLE/PALS surfaces on the exterior for additional equipment attachment
• Removable shoulder straps with magnetic sternum strap
• Constructed from Squadron and 500D Cordura®
