KBT RAM Door Breaching Head w/ QD V-Band

The KBT RAM utilizes a proprietary .45 Caliber handgun blank to deliver up to 850 ft./lbs. of force through a hardened steel ram. Unlike explosive or shotgun breaching, however, all of the force is mechanically driven through the ram. This means that no projectile or explosive energy leaves the device except for the force of the ram which is permanently captured in the device. 

The RAM is powerful enough to breach metal security screen doors, outward opening steel doors in a steel frame, or porting cinder block walls.  The force of the KBT cartridge offers 850 ft./lbs. of kinetic energy through the RAM, resulting in 2.5" of hardened steel plate travel.  The plate and KBT resets in less than a second for multiple breaches.

RAM Head can be attached to an existing KBT with the included Quick Disconnect V-Band Clamp.
