TRV Tactical Response Vest
The PROJECT7 Tactical Response Vest (TRV) is designed for specialized assignments that require more coverage than a traditional plate carrier without the bulk of a full-coverage entry vest. Built for narcotics units, fugitive task forces, K-9 officers, tactical medics, and other specialized teams, TRV combines moderate ballistic coverage with the comfort and mobility needed for extended wear. Accessory ballistics can be added or removed as mission requirements change.
TRV is a soft-armor-first system, using soft ballistic armor as its primary coverage while accommodating 10" x 12" or SAPI-sized rifle plates. Available in 15 platform sizes and 8 cummerbund sizes, TRV offers 120 possible size combinations for a more precise, operator-specific fit.

- Rapid scalability allows Upper Arm and Groin Protectors to be added or removed as needed
- PROJECT7 Structured-Texture shoulder design creates a soft, high-friction shooting platform free from buckles, straps, external pads, and overlapping armor
- Patent-pending Three-Piece Cummerbund (3PC) provides operator-specific sizing, improved load distribution, broad adjustability, and rotational flexibility
- Internal radio routing channels keep cables off the exterior of the platform
- Operator-sized SAPI hard armor coverage provides proportional rifle protection across the full size range
- Available with Webless or Traditional MOLLE/PALS load-bearing surfaces constructed from Blue Force Gear Ultracomp® for increased strength and reduced weight
- Compatible with optional PROJECT7 FLEX loadout systems
- Bar-tacked anchors accommodate PROJECT7 ILB Packs and 1PS Single Point Slings
- Available with FirstSpear Tubes® or one-way hook-and-loop closures
